Tomnah’a Veg Shares

Start 17th May for 26 weeks

Not just another veg box!

We aim to offer more than just a 'veg box' and by signing up for a Veg Share you are also joining our farm community. By committing to receiving a weekly box for the whole season (around 26 weekly shares) gives us a guaranteed market for our produce so we can concentrate on growing the best possible veg for our members and ensures a fair return for the challenging and unpredictable nature of food growing. By selling our produce directly to our members it allows us to grow a wider range of produce and means we can supply the majority of our vegetables as locally as possible.

Of course, since it’s a bit of a bigger commitment from you, you get more from us in return. Members of our veg shares get:

  • The widest possible range of the produce we grow, with priority over all other outlets

  • A chance to look around the farm if you can collect your own box each week

  • A sliding scale to help you pay the price you can afford for your share

  • Some choice of varieties and/or extras when packing your own box, increasing choice and reducing waste

  • Our regular newsletter with recipes and news from the farm

  • First notice of workshops, courses, seasonal feasts and shindigs

  • AND 10% off all purchases at the Comrie Croft shop!

Collection/Delivery

We like to encourage our members to pack and collect their boxes on site, this helps us immensely and means you can come and see the farm each week and we get to meet you too!

We offer delivery to a few pick up points and are looking for more. We charge £1 for this packing and delivery service.

  • Crieff- Town centre location TBC, for Friday pickup during work hours

  • Crieff Connexions, 10am-noon on Saturdays

  • Comrie- Hansens Kitchen 9.00-5pm Friday only

We have very limited capacity for delivery, but can drop off a small number of boxes around Crieff and Comrie (for £2-3 depending on location).

Pricing

We’re committed to ensuring our veg shares are as accessible as possible, so we have a sliding scale of pricing depending on your income or circumstances.

The middle income box price covers the cost for us to produce it while the higher income price helps create a fairer price for those who choose a lower income box.

We suggest 'income’ as a guide but understand there are many other factors that influence how you might be able to pay for your box and so we trust you to make the decision that works best for your circumstances.

Small Box (1-2 people): £8.50-13.50 per week Medium Box (family): £12.50-17.50 per week Large box (keen veg eaters!): £16-21.50 per week
