Flowers From the Farm Members day

  • Tomnah'a Market Garden Braincroft Crieff, Scotland, PH7 4JZ United Kingdom (map)

Building on the strenght of our October gathering last year, we have arranged another event where we can all get together, share skills and knowledge, ask burning questions, get the latest update on the progress of the Scottish Flower Hub, have a lovely lunch and reconnect, or for the many new growers- meet other growers for the first time!

Bring a bucket of flowers from your farm to add to a pool of flowers from which we will make a variety of floral arrangements, bring questions you want answers to and ideas to help the scottish Cut flower sector thrive, and prepare to be inspired by and learn from Sarah Stratham from Simply by Arrangement https://simplybyarrangement.co.uk/ who will take us through some demonstarations in creating a bouquet, bowl and urn arrangements. We are very lucky to have photography throughout the day from Eva Nemeth https://www.evanemeth.com/ who has a long history of working with Sarah along with some other familair faces from the garden and cut flower world.

We strongly encourage you to make the most of this experience and come and stay the night, share a lovely meal on Sunday for a proper relaxed and social catch up, before the workshops start on Monday morning. There will be a tour of Tomnah’a Market Garden https://www.tomnaha.com/ For those that are there early on Monday.

Accommodation is available on site (either an ensuite room or campsite ) at Comrie Croft (where we are based) www.comriecroft.com Our evening meal will be provided by lovely Ali who runs The Tea Garden Cafe at Comrie Croft, please RSVP if you would like to come for the evening meal so we can confirm numbers for catering.

Tickets for the Monday session are £50 (accommodation and sunday evening not included) Book through our webshop.
